The transmission having a simplified structure without a clutch, changes the torque of the input shaft without gear changing and transmits the torque to the output shaft and facilitates the rear driving. The transmission comprises an input shaft (11) having first/second parts (11A,11B); an input sun gear (12) combined with the input shaft; a hollow first adjusting shaft (13) mounted coaxially at the part (11A); second/third adjusting shafts (15,17); carriers (21,23) mounted coaxially at the adjusting shaft (17); a plurality of pins (25,26) for fixing the carriers; differential gears (31,32,35,36) engaged with respective sun gears; an output shaft (24) combined with the hollow cylindrical section (22); brake systems (41,42,43) for supplying brake power to the respective adjusting shafts.
