Between the fillets (3) are long holes (4) limited by straight lines (5,6) and transition arcs (8,9). The radii (9) of the transition arcs between the fillets and one plate part (1) are greater than the radii (10) of the transition arcs (7) between the fillets and the other plate part (2). The fillets are conically formed and with increasing thickness to the plate part with the greater radii of the transition arcs.The transition arcs with the greater radii evolve directly into one another and have constant radii, or, alternatively, have different and/or variable radii. The plate part with the greater radii of the transition arcs is thinner over the whole centre than the plate part with the smaller radii.
