An independent tube (1) is housed in a complementary cavity which extends for the length of the stick handle. The tube is closed at the lower part by a cork stopper (4) to facilitate its cleaning. The upper part or mouth of the tube has a hermetically sealed stopper (10) assembled in the handle (3) and provided with the conventional band (12). The tube has an external collar (5) which is supported on a spring (6) placed in an enlargement (7) in the cavity (2). The spring supports the mouth against the stopper preventing liquid leaving the tube.
