The system has trapezium sections (7) arranged at a constant distance from the cooling surface (5). The side of the trapezium section facing the cooling surface is provided with at least one row of holes (8). A gap (4) of constant height to the cooling surface (5) is formed. The open sides of the trapezium (7), which lie opposite the cover surface (6), form the supply surfaces (1) for the cooling air.The open sides of the trapezium which lie opposite the cooling surface (5) form the overflow surfaces (2). The intermediate space between the trapeziums provided with holes, form the trapezium shaped flow back duct (3). The supply surface (1) is much larger than the cross section of a hole. The cross section of the flow back duct is very much larger than the overflow surface (2). This again is very much larger than the cross of the gap (4) between the cooling surface and the sides of trapeziums provided with holes. The trapeziums are arranged at right angles to the flow direction of the cooling air.
