<p>The window-lifter (1) may, for example, be of the twisted-cable type (3) driven by a gear motor unit (2), wound over return pulleys (4,5) and sliding in a guide rail (6); a carriage (8) carrying the window (9) is fixed to the length of the cable which passes through the rail (6); damper elements (11) such as flat metal springs, for example, are fixed to the ends of the guide rail (6) and to the door panel (7), this making it possible to damp out a hard impact against an obstacle encountered by the window (9). <IMAGE></p> |
