PURPOSE:To attain low power consumption by constituting the titled circuit of a scrambler and a frame constitution circuit on the sender side and a descrambler and a frame synchronizing circuit on the reception side to instantly identify a significant communication state/nonsignificant communication state. CONSTITUTION:A scrambler 10 codes an information data string to be sent by using a generation polynomial and sends the result as a transmission signal. A frame constitution circuit 50 inserts a frame bit (>1 bit) to the information data string periodically. A descrambler 20 decodes the said sent signal in correlation to the generation polynomial, decodes it to obtain an information data string. A frame synchronizing circuit 60 detects the said frame bit to establish the frame synchronization. In such constitution above, a signal is sent via the scrambler 10 in pairs with the descrambler 20 in the significant communication state to transmit/receive information data normally and a signal is sent via the scrambler 10 in the nonsignificant communication state while using a generation polynomial in non-correlation with the descrambler 20 to unlock forcibly the frame synchronization, thereby applying notice/recognition of the significant communication/nonsignificant communication. |
