<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an improved track ball usable in any orientation by making an attachable track ball with a mechanism rotating the track ball while holding it. CONSTITUTION: The track ball 116 is projected through the circular opening of the housing the top edge of which is provided with switches 118 and 122 operable with a finger while operating the track ball 116 with a palm or a thumb. The housing is fixed to the side part of a computer keyboard 112 at a proper angle to easily success. Namely an attaching assembly 110 allows the track ball housing to be rotated not only vertically but horizontally so that a user may adjust it to a most proper angular. In addition the tack ball can be attached to right and left of a keyboard 112 to reverse the pressing parts of the switches to optimize for both right/left-handed users.</p> |
