<p>PURPOSE:To enhance safety by preventing an erroneous operation due to a mischief. CONSTITUTION:A head plate 3 is always elastically energized from a non-play position to a play position. In the step of moving down a cassette holder from the non-play position to the play position, an eject lever 18 is retracted to a position capable of ejecting. The cassette tape player comprises a holding lever 14 for restricting the pate 3 toward the play position in a normal state and operating it against a spring 9 at the time of retracting the lever 18 to release the restricting state, and a sensing lever 5 for restricting the plate 3 in movement toward the play position in a normal state and operating against the spring 9 by a cassette inserted to the holder when the holder is moved down to release the restricting state.</p> |
