PRODUCTION OF POLYISOCYANATE-BASED RESIN FOAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a polyisocyanate-based resin foam capable of producing a non-fluorocarbon-based foam not causing deterioration of environment of the earth, not bringing problems such as difficulty in reduction in density of foam, reduction in adhesion to a face material and shrinkage which are found by a water expansion method. CONSTITUTION:In production of a polyisocyanate-based resin foam by reacting a compound containing two or more hydrogen atoms to be reacted with an isocyanate group with a polyisocyanate compound in the molecule in the presence of a blowing agent, hydrogen peroxide is used as an essential component of the blowing agent to produce the polyisocyanate-based resin foam.
