PURPOSE:To provide a tiled cement product with high quality. CONSTITUTION:A tile sheet prepd. by adhering a sheet with a lot of tiles is applied in a form, into which a concrete, a mortal or a cement paste is cast and it is aged with steam at an ordinary pressure. The product is taken out of the form and the sheet of the tile sheet adhered on the obtd. cement product molded item is released. The cement product molded item applied with a lot of tiles are aged in an autoclave to obtain a cement product wherein a lot of tiles are applied. When aging is performed in the autoclave, the surface on which tiles 2 of the cement product molded item are applied is covered with a sheet 7 having selective permeability through which an alkaline steam is easily passed but an alkaline water is hardly passed. |
