A method of loading & unloading containers with a signal of a cipher address command & a cipher container number from the control center is provided. Its system of management includes a position detector for the positioned address of a crane, a controller connected to the output terminal of the position detector, an interlocking device corresponding to the output from the controller, a spreader device corresponding to the output from the interlocking device, and a transmitter for a work completion signal.
