PURPOSE:To produce a mixture for clutch facing which gives a molded article having improved characteristics and exhibiting little variation in the characteristics while improving the work environment and safety in producing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A friction-adjusting agent is subjected to a surface treatment with a resin and mixed into a water-base rubber latex.
