PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of preparing work of a document including table calculation data in a table form by displaying data of table calculation, which is so converted that it is adapted to a document processor, on a display device and preparing lattice-like ruled lines in plural rows and columns corresponding to table calculation data and displaying these ruled lines together. CONSTITUTION:Data of table calculation obtained by table calculation processing by a table calculation control means is stored in a table calculation data storage means. A ruled line data preparing means prepares lattice-like ruled line data in plural rows and columns corresponding to this table calculation data based on table calculation data stored in the table calculation data storage means. A data conversion means converts data structure of table calculation data stored in the table calculation data storage means to a data structure adapted to the document processor. A display control means synthesizes table calculation data after data conversion received from the data conversion means and ruled line data received from the ruled line data preparing means besides document data from a document data storage means and displays the synthesized result on a display means. |
