PURPOSE:To reduce the inner resistance of cell by providing ethylene-acryl acid salt copolymer resin film on the contacting face with anode layer of polypropylene micro-porous film which constitutes the separator between anode agent layer and cathode layer. CONSTITUTION:Water solution of ethylene-acryl acid salt copolymer resin is coated with dried depth of 30-100mu on at least the contacting face with anode agent layer of polypropylene micro-porous film 1 constituting the separator layer, then heated with roller to provide integrally laminated film 2. When providing hydrophilic performance to the polypropylene micro-porous film, the inner resistance of cell can be reduced while the characteristic of cell particularly heavy load discharging characteristic and storing characteristic can be improved. |
