PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions such as contamination with carbon, a blister, a short-circuit, etc., due to adherence of carbon powder by incorporating a predetermined quantity of baron nitride in ceramic raw material. CONSTITUTION:3-80% of boron nitride is weighed by weight %, 16-90wt.% of Al2O3 and 4-7wt.% of other ceramic material are added thereto, pulverized, mixed, molded in a predetermined shape, and baked to form a ceramic jig 5 for positioning a lead frame of a pin grid array package. When a lead frame 2 is fixed to be brazed to a ceramic package 1 by using the jig 5, malfunctions such as a blister, a short-circuit, etc., can be prevented. Further, the jig 5 has the same thermal impact resistance, processability as those of a carbon jig. |
