摘要 PURPOSE:To enable an output mirror of a laser device to be subminiaturized by a method wherein the output mirror is composed of an a convex output mirror main body provided with a concave mirror at its center and a cylindrical output mirror holder possessed of a concave end face which comes into close contact with the convex face of the output mirror main body. CONSTITUTION:An output mirror is composed of an output mirror main body 20 and an output mirror holder 21 jointed to the main body 20 through the intermediary of ultraviolet ray curing adhesive agent. The center 24 of the one end face 23 of the output mirror main body 20 is formed into a concave surface. The other part of the end face 23 is worked into a convex surface, and the end face 23 is possessed of nearly the same radius of curvature as that of the concave end face 26 of the output mirror holder 21 joined to the end face 23. Green laser rays are generated and detected by a laser power meter 28, and the output mirror is so controlled as to be maximal in output by actuating three manipulators 27 observing the output of the power meter 28. When the output mirror becomes maximal in output, the joint of the output mirror main body 20 with the output mirror holder 21 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to cure ultraviolet ray curing adhesive agent and fixed.
