PURPOSE:To suppress generation of a vibration or a noise when the attaching amount of the water and the like is small, while maintaining the wiping capacity of the blade rubber assembled to a wiper blade to the water and the like on a glass surface. CONSTITUTION:By burying a staple in a blade rubber 7 of the backward moving side half 9 of a wiper blade, the water is wiped by a pure rubber at the forward moving side half 8, in the condition having a much amount of water on a glass surface 1. And in the backward side where the water amount is reduced, the surface of the glass 1 is wiped by the rubber mixing the staple to reduce the friction force with the glass 1 surface, so as to move smoothly, and generation of a vibration and a noise is reduced.
