摘要 |
PURPOSE:To effectively regenerate and reactivate a deactivated material by installing a readsorptive part for readsorbing SO2 in desorbed gas on a carbonaceous material in a regenerator and heating and regenerating the SOx-NH3 compounds adsorbed on the carbonaceous material with their amount being increased to above a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:A carbonaceous material 1 which has drawn out from a desulfurizing/ denitrifying column and on which <20g SOx-NH3 compounds per 1kg carbonaceous material expressed in terms of SO2 are adsorbed is fed to a regenerator 2. After first it is preheated in a preheating part 3 to 150-200 deg.C, it is transferred to a heating/ regenerating part through a readsorptive part 4. After here it is heated so that its maximum temperature may be 380-550 deg.C to regenerate it, it is drawn out from the column 2 through a cooling part 7 to circulate and use it in the desulfurizing/ denitrifying column. On the other hand, the desorbed gas generated during heating and regenerating rises in the heating/regenerating part together with N2 fed from the lower part of the regenerator 2 so that the adsorbed amount of the SOxNH3 compounds in the readsorptive part IF may be >=2Og per 1kg carbonaceous material expressed in terms of SO2 and is discharged as gas contg.
