PURPOSE:To enable a single laser source to share laser beams in a time-division manner. CONSTITUTION:Switching mirrors 3A to 3C are of chopper type and controlled in turning angle, whereby a laser beam emitted from a single laser source is surely emitted from one out of the three total reflection parts of the mirrors 3A to 3C. By this setup, laser beams are emitted from the three switching mirrors 3A to 3C in a time-division way. Furthermore, a bending mirror 5 is provided at a rearmost position, whereby an additional laser beam can be emitted. |
