PURPOSE:To contrive to eliminate a short-circuit between adjacent conductor lines in the connection of the terminals of two wiring boards, which are both formed with a plurality of the conductor lines by patterning at fine gaps. CONSTITUTION:In the case where the positions of terminals of two wiring boards (first and third wiring boards 2 and 5), which are both formed with a plurality of conductor lines by patterning at fine gaps, are circuit-connected to each other, lands 6 are respectively provided at the positions of the terminals of the respective conductor lines of the wiring board on one side, through holes 15 are respectively provided at the positions of the terminals of the respective conductor lines of the other wiring board and both boards are heated in a state that the lands 6 and the holes 15 of both boards are aligned to each other via solder pastes 7 and are closely adhered to each other. In such a way, a method of connecting the terminals of the wiring boards is formed. |
