PURPOSE:To easily extend a dynamic range of an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors C1, C2 cut off DC components of signals A,B. An AC component passing through the capacitors C1, C2 is superimposed on a voltage generated by bias circuits 1,2 and a resulting voltage is given respectively to bases of transistors (TRs)1,2. The operating timing for the TRs 1,2 is controlled so that they are not simultaneously turned on. Since a base potential is individually given to the base of the TRs1,2, a DC level at the base potential of the TRs1,2 is set optionally to increase a high level output voltage Voh. |
