PURPOSE:To provide the smoke removing system of an aeroperitonic device, by which the smoke in the abdominal cavity can be removed early without lowering the pressure in the abdominal cavity. CONSTITUTION:A smoke removal system comprises an aeroperitonic device 2 for injecting gas into the abdominal cavity to expand the interior of the abdominal cavity, a high frequency austic device 4 for cauterizing the diseased tissure region in the abdominal cavity, a suction device 6 for removing smoke generated in the abdominal cavity, and control circuits 12, 14 for driving the suction device 6 and the aeroperitonic device according to the driving operation of the caustic device 4. |
