In a heating plant, apparatus featuring a heat accumulating liquid tank (1), a liquid heater fitted in the said tank (2) and inflows (13, 27) into the tank from a liquid circulation cycle in which the liquid flowing into the tank by way of the inflow is intended to have a variable temperature, a liquid flow direction means (32) is fitted within the tank with an upwardly open and downwardly open respectively troughlike formation. This means (32) is fitted so as to lead cooler water from the vicinity of the heater (2) downwards to the level of the tank (1) where the temperature is essentially the same as in the downward flow. This means (32) is further fitted so as to lead a flow of warmer water coming in through the inflow (13) upwards to the level of the tank where the temperature is essentially the same as that of the flow. |
