The detector has an electrically insulating support insert (100), a thermistor (200) placed on the support (100) and electrical connections (300). A sealed envelope (500) impervious to fluid is formed over the thermistor (200) and its support (100).The support (100) forms a cradle (102) in the form of a fork with at least two branches on which the thermistor rests. The internal geometry of the cradle (102) is adapted to the external form of the thermistor.
