PURPOSE:To increase the tight attaching of a conductor layer, which runs temperature with the eddy current, and also the heat transfer efficiency between the conductor layer and the body of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:At the bottom of the body 1 of a vessel made of porcelain, a disc- shaped part 2 is formed in the bottom portion which confronts the coil of an electromagnetic cooking apparatus, and at the bottom surface of this disc-shaped part 2, a number of grooves 3 are formed in grating over the whole bottom surface area. At the bottom surface a fusion metallizing layer 4 is attached in such a way as totally covering the bottom surface while the grooves 3 are filled, and thereover a protection layer 5 consisting of pigment is formed in such a way as covering the surface of the fusion metallizing layer 4. It may also be accepted that, at the bottom surface of this porcelain vessel in its portion confronting the coil of the cooking apparatus, a ring-shaped projection is formed in such a way as surrounding the confronting portion, that the inside of this projection is filled with fusion metallization to form a fusion metallizing layer, and that a protection layer of pigment is attached to the surface of the fusion metallizing layer and the undersurface of the projection. Therein it is recommended that grooves are provided at the surface of the vessel body withing the projection. |
