PURPOSE:To provide an electronic light control system by which the emitted light quantity of an electronic flash device is independently corrected and a desired light quantity ratio is easily obtained in the case of performing multiple flash photographing. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a comparison means 3 comparing the photometric quantity of the emitted light quantity of the electronic flash device 200 by a 1st photometry means 8 with a reference signal corresponding to set exposure from a signal generating means based on light from an object and generating a 2nd signal; a 2nd photometric means 8 performing the photometry of the emitted light quantity of the device 200 not through the object; a light control quantity decision means 9 deciding target emitted light quantity based on the 2nd photometric quantity, the set exposure, and the correction light quantity of the device 200 by a correction quantity setting means 10 from the time when a 1st signal is generated to the time when the 2nd signal is generated and generating a 3rd signal when the 2nd photometric quantity attains the target emitted light quantity; and a light emission control means 2 allowing the device 200 to start light emission when a shutter synchronizing signal is generated and stop the light emission when the 3rd signal is generated. |
