IMAGE MOVING AMOUNT DETECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an image moving amount detector capable of obtaining high detecting accuracy in a small block size by a phase correlation method. CONSTITUTION:The image moving amount detector for detecting the moving amount from two blocked digital image signals is provided with an image clarifying processing part 3 for processing image clarification to the blocked digital image signals and a moving amount deciding processing part 6 obtaining a predicted difference between images through the use of plural moving vectors obtained by the phase correlation method from the digital image signals for processing image clarification and setting a moving vector which makes the predicted difference minimum to be the moving amount between the images.
