<p>PURPOSE:To provide a radio IC card to be made compact and thin without lowering antenna performance. CONSTITUTION:Planar dielectrics 1 and 2 are joined, an upper ground plane 3 is provided on the surface of the dielectric 1, a lower ground plane 4 is provided on the surface of the dielectric 2, a slit-shaped notch (antenna) 6 is formed at the upper ground plane 3, an electronic circuit part 5 provided with electronic parts 9 are integrated into the dielectric 2 and a feeder line 8 connected to the electronic circuit part 5 between both dielectrics 1 and 2 is extended to the correspondent position of the antenna 6.</p> |
