<p>PURPOSE:To provide a data communication system in which a low power consumption can be attained. CONSTITUTION:In a stand-by state, in an equipment 20 equipped with a microprocessor 21, IC 22 for serial data communication, and IC 23 with a port function, and an equipment 30 equipped with a microcomputer 31 with a serial data communicating function, system clock generators 24 and 32 and baud rate generators 25 and 33 of the equipments 20 and 30 are stopped, a data column is transmitted from the output TXD of the equipment 20, inputted to the input RXD of the equipment 30, and input to the trigger input IN of a one-shot multivibrator 34. The output OUT is connected to the outside interruption input INT of the microcomputer 31, an inside stop mode is released by the input, the system clock generators and the baud rate generators are activated, and an operating state in which the data can be received can be obtained.</p> |
