<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to make a system easy to operate by providing an image pickup device provided with an image pickup means on an information processor provided with a power source means, etc., loadably/ unloadably. CONSTITUTION:A program storage means 50 stores a program to perform image pickup by the image pickup device 200, and a stored program is executed by the information processor 300. A connecter 54 performs the transfer of a data signal and a control signal with the processor 300, and also, supplies a power source to the means 50. A power source control circuit 68 detects the loading/unloading of the power source 84, the kind of a battery 70, and the residual quantity of the battery, and controls a DC-DC converter based on a detection result and the instruction of a control means 60, and supplies a required voltage to every part for a required period. Also, the circuit 68 is connected to a power source control circuit 42 via a connector 74, and the control signal, every kind of voltage, and every kind of current, etc., can be transferred mutually via the connector. Also, an image pickup device loading/ unloading detecting means 82 detects the loading/unloading state of the device 200 and the processor 300.</p> |
