PURPOSE:To improve the utility and convenience of a message. CONSTITUTION:A message processing part 10 prepares message information including receiver information indicating the receiver of the message information and reading time limit information indicating the reading time limit of the message information, and transmits it from a communication line 32. And also, the message transmitted from the other information exchange processor through the communication line 32 is stored in a message storage part 16. The message processing part 10 discriminates whether or not the reading time limit of the message information passes based on the reading time limit information in the message information stored in the message storage part 16, and communicates the message by voice from a telephone line 30 to the pertinent receiver based on the receiver information in the message information when the reading time limit has passed.
