<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture inner-electrode ink for laminated electronic parts, whereby an inner electrode pattern of uniform film thickness and excellent adhesive property can be printed on sheets which compose laminated electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:Inner-electrode ink for laminated electronic parts is manufactured by uniformly dispersing 500 pts.wt. of Pd powder in a binder composed of 6 pts.wt. of ethyl cellulose having 49.6% of ethoxide contained therein, 45 pts.wt. of alpha-terpineol and 10 pts.wt. of dioctyl phthalate respectively using three rolling mills. The application of this ink on a sheet can form a printed film of uniform thickness and excellent adhesive property, so that delamination in the electronic parts may be prevented.</p> |
