PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of changing a visual field, etc., by easily grasping the arrangement of an object in a modeling space and an area in the space. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an object control means 1, a visual field control means 2 and an output generation means 3. The device is also provided with a space control means 4 which holds space structure data prescribing the whole space and included object data showing the object in each block as space control data 41. The means 4 controls a 3-dimensional space where an object exists as a set of blocks. The object control means 1 holds object data by adding the address of the block to it and at the time of generating the object or moving across blocks, the means 1 reports it to the space control means 4 by generating and updating. The visual field control means 2 calculates the address of a block within a visual field from visual field data 21 to hold it as visual field inside block data 22. The output generating means 3 obtains the block address from visual field inside block data 22, retrieves included object data to obtain the pointer of the object, obtains data of the individual object which should be displayed from object data 11 and displays an image on a screen. |
