<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color resist capable of improving developing property and resolution. CONSTITUTION:The color resist contains the coloring paste consisting essentially of a pigment, a dispersant and a solvent, the photosensitive composition consisting essentially of a polymer resin and a photo-crosslinking agent, and the dispersant is composed of the mixture of a photosensitive dispersant and a nonphotosensitive dispersant (the water soluble polymer or the oligomer having no crosslikable functional group such as OH group in a side chain). By using partially the nonphotosensitive dispersant, since all the dispersants being present around the pigment not exposed, the binding power between the pigment and the dispersant after exposure can be released and the difference of the adhesion between an exposed part and an unexposed part can be increased for a transparent substrate, the developing property is improved largely and resolution is also improved with the action.</p> |
