A smoker comprises a flow control panel separating a curing chamber and a smoke generating chamber, the curing chamber positioned above a smoke generating chamber. The latter chamber has a smoke generator with an inner cylindrical container for holding fuel and an outer cylindrical container adapted to receive the inner container to define an annular space therebetween. Upon ignition of fuel in the inner container, smoke flows to the annular space where it is mixed with air to be conveyed to the curing chamber.
