PURPOSE: To provide a technique which reduces the multiple access interference in, for example, a direct sequence CDMA system in a code division multiplex access system. CONSTITUTION: This code division multiplex access transmitter transmits a signal reflecting one or plural information signals to plural receivers and includes one or plural means 5 which add a sign sequence signal CK(t) to an information signal bK(t) to form a first signal, a means 9 which couples one or plural first signals to form a second signal, and a means 10 which transmits a signal reflecting the second signal, and the sign sequence signal CK(t) to be added to the information signal bK is based on an error function reflecting the correlation between the sign sequence and a sign sequence signal which the receiver uses to receive the information signal. |
