The unit minimizes a decrement of light which is radiated from a flourescent layer (4), and improves a brightness and resolution of image. The device has a transparent board (2) which laminates an electric layer (10) and flourescent layer (4), forms a net structure in order to radiate light. An electric layer (10a) is laminated by a flourescent layer in a shape of net structure. The net shape of electric layer is in a honeycomb type.
