The pulleys (4) have a hole (7) along their axis and holes at different distances from the centre to give different eccentricities when rotated by the axle (2). The groove in each pulley has a suspension loop around all or part of its perimeter and of diameter greater than that of the pulley. The loop has a load such as a pinch rod (11) with a suspension hook (12) for the suspension (6) attached at the lower end to the object (1). The rod is supported on bearings in a clear plastic case (14), and the pulleys may also be in clear plastic.
