PURPOSE:To improve reflection characteristics of the microwave and millimeter wave band strip line type attenuator and reduce its size. CONSTITUTION:A ground conductor 33 is formed on one surface of a dielectric substrate 31 and a strip conductor 32 is formed on the other surface. Further, a resistor 34 is formed of resistance film patterns 34a and 34b. The resistance film patterns 34a and 34b are in the same shape and arranged at an interval which is a multiple (2N+1)/4 (N: integer) of the sent signal wavelength lambdag on the strip line. |
