PURPOSE:To provide a cable coating material, having high flame resistance and strong adhesive force without separation even if bending is repeated, by laminating a soft polyvinyl chloride resin layer, an acrylic resin layer, and a thermoplastic resin seal layer in order on insulating base material. CONSTITUTION:This cable coating material 1 is laminated with a soft polyvinyl chrolide resin layer 3, an acrylic resin layer 4, and a thermoplastic resin seal layer 5 in order on the base material 2 of an insulator. A flat cable, in which the deterioration of seal strength due to elapse change and a separation phenomena are eliminated, can be obtained by coating plural conductors arranged in parallel with the cable coating material 1 from both sides. Estel methacrylate and acrylic ester polymer, etc., having a mean polymerization degree of 200-400, are used as the acrylic resin 4. Vinyl-chloride vinyl-acetate copolymer, ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, and polyamide, etc., are used as the thermoplastic seal layer 5. |
