GYMNASIUM ILLUMINATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide illuminating patterns with precision and ease according to purposes by using a gymnasium illuminating system. CONSTITUTION:A group of luminaires 2 is arranged in lines at the outer edge of the ceiling 1 surface of a gymnasium, and lines of luminaires 3 that orthogonally intersect at the center of the surface of the ceiling 1 are disposed, and the luminosity distribution of the luminaires used is so selected that both the horizontal illumination of a court surface and the vertical illumination of a court space are appropriately distributed, and the luminaires are turned on according to the way the court is used.
