<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the reference voltage generating circuit capable of generating a multistage or multikind reference voltage in simple adjustment and yet changing continuously and smoothly an acceleration and deceleration part. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage of a voltage source 2 is attenuated with an attenuation amt. set in a D/A converter circuit 6 by a voltage variable means 3. A reference voltage is formed by a reference voltage forming circuit 4 in charging and discharging an output voltage of the voltage variable means 3.
