<p>PURPOSE:To prevent water from being supplied without interruption in a water supply-discharge apparatus of a hot water supplier in its failure, and prevent residual water from being used, and further ensure manual use of the device. CONSTITUTION:Any failure of motor driven valves 3, 5, 6, 9 are detected by failure detection means 16, 17, 18, 19 for detecting any failure of motor driven valves 3, 5, 6, 9, failure detection invalidity setting means 20, 21, 22, 23 by making invalid any failure of all valves or each valve detected by the detection means 16-19, forcedly closing means 24 for forcedly closing the motor driven valves 3, 5, 6, 9, and the failure detection means 16-19. When invalidity of the failure detection is not inputted from the failure detection invalidity setting means 16-19, the forcedly closing means 24 closes all motor driven valves 3, 5, 6, 9, while when invalidity of the failure detection is inputted from the failure detection invalidity setting means 20-23, a controller 8 is provided for controlling the forcedly closing means 24 not to be driven and a failure motor driven valve is manually or forcedly operated at need.</p> |
