PURPOSE:To provide the clinical survey diagnosis assisting and report generating device which easily and efficiently assists a clinical survey diagnosis and generates a report. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a patient data base 101 which stores data used to diagnose the condition of a clinical survey patient in hospital, a knowledge data base 106 which stores causal relation consisting of an item and its attribute in the patient data base 101 as a condition part and a diagnostic result as a conclusion part, a comment data base 107 which stores data regarding explanatory knowledge, view knowledge, etc., that a doctor has as to the patient data base 101, a patient's condition diagnostic inference control means 108 which diagnoses the condition of the patient by using the patient data base 101, knowledge data base 106, and comment data base 107 and stores the result in an inference result storage means 109, and a diagnostic result report generating means 110 which extracts only information to be reported to the patient from the patient's condition diagnostic contents stored in the inference result storage means 109 and displays the information or outputs as a document. |
