PURPOSE:To prolong distribution distance by correcting the loss frequency characteristic of a coaxial cable with an equalizer so as to reduce the level difference between channels. CONSTITUTION:A tilt correction use equalizer 19 is inserted to an input circuit of a tap-off connected in cascade to the CATV distribution system (between a capacitor 14-1 and a coupler 15). Instead, a tilt correction use equalizer may be inserted to an output circuit of the tap-off. Or a tilt correction use equalizer is inserted between two tap-off sets connected in cascade. |
