PURPOSE:To provide a block-shaped electric double layer capacitor wherein its constitution, is simple, its cost is low, a plurality of pieces of electric double layer capacitors can be formed as a block and its external grade is excellent. CONSTITUTION:Outer leads 12a, 12b which have been led from the side of a sealing member 17 for a plurality of arranged capacitor bodies 18 are connected to a copper foil part 20 which has been arranged and installed on a face on the side of the sealing member 17 in a printed-circuit board 19, the plurality of capacitor bodies 18 are connected in series, and the outer leads 12a, 12b excluding outermost ends do not protrude from a face on the side opposite to the side of the sealing member 17 at the printed-circuit board 19. In addition, the plurality of capacitor bodies 18 are bundled crosswise by thermally shrinkable resin tubes 21a, 21b. |
