Electronic control for fuel injection in IC engine

The fuel injection requirements are computed from basic engine parameters, corresponding to a steady engine torque and from the changes in the engine dynamics. The correction signals are computed w.r.t. preset time intervals and are updated to take account of changes in the engine operation.The correction signals have different characteristics for acceleration and retardation. The correction process is applied after a set time interval, to eliminate transients. The correction signal is derived from the changes in engine torque with engine speed changes and from other changes in the engine dynamics.
