The biasing pressure required for ventilating one valve (4.1 or 5.1) is also used to pneumatically lock the other valve. For this a conducting pipe (51) is provided between a first pressure chamber to be biased for ventilating the one valve, and a second pressure chamber in which there is a piston (12) acting on the other valve to lock same. A leakage chamber (6) can be provided between the two valves and is restricted by the two valve plates and by the wall of the chamber. This leakage chamber can have an inflow pipe and outflow pipe. The amount of flowable medium can be determined or detected by a sensor.
