A side-view mirror for motor vehicles and the like consists of an angled mirror which, besides eliminating the blind spot, makes it possible, even during reversing, to see in good time wheteher a perpendicular carriageway is clear. The side-view mirror consists of two convex mirrors (2) fitted at angles on a holder (1). This devive is secured to the rear window of a vehicle by means of an adhesive surface (6) and the driver of the vehicle can look into the mirror either directly or via the inside front rear-view mirror. A brake light (12) may be fitted inside the adhesive surface (6) of the holder (1). |
