The switch or regulator uses a pair of mirror symmetrical potentiometers for the respective stereo channels, their operating knobs facing one another and operated in unison.Pref. the axes of the two mono rotary potentiometers lie in line without any mechanical coupling between them, their potentiometer paths (6) being provided at the outer end of each potentiometer shaft (5) and their operating knobs (4) spaced at a relatively short distance apart at the inner end of the potentiometer shafts. The adjustment of the potentiometers may be effected in response to a received remote control signal.
